TRX The users hands or feet are suspended from an anchor point while the opposite end of the body is in contact with the ground. A desired proportion of the users body weight is loaded on to the target zone and used throughout the exercise. The amount of body weight loaded is determined by the users current level of fitness and conditioning. The TRX can be used to train power, strength, endurance, coordination, flexibility and core stability simultaneously across a wide range of resistance.
