TOTAL BODY WORKOUT

The Total Body Workout class is the first of its kind in Kilkenny. Using dumbbells in a sequence of exercises this class works out the entire body and kickstarts the metabolism to burn fat not only while you workout but for hours after. This class will also increase strength and core stability.
