Pilates-Intermed

Pilates classes at the Heritage Resort - Pilates can be practised by people of all ages and at all fitness levels. It is a slow and controlled form of exercise which increases the strength of stabilizer muscles that may not commonly be worked out in a standard exercise program. Pilates engages the mind and enhances body awareness and has been demonstrated to reduce stress and anxiety. We offer a beginners class and an intermediate class. Participants in the intermediate class must have completed the beginners course.
