Pilates Beginners Stott Pilates - "No Pain, All Gain". This class is a pre-requisite for the Intermediate Pilates Class. The beginners class will take you throught the full repertoire of Pilates exercises at a gentle pace. Participants then have the option of progressing onto the Intermediate Level Class.
