KICKBOX AEROBICS

Kick box aerobics is an hour long class in which the participant performs various combinations of punches and kicks using a moveable punchbag. Moving in time to a beat this class is the ultimate calorie burner. Flexibility and core exercises are also incorporated into the workout. ***Please note that hand wraps are required for this class***
