HIIT IT RYDE

Similar to standard RYDE class but a little more attention on anaerobic work versus aerobic work. This class will incorporate max effort circuits for 30 – 60 seconds with short recovery before repeating the same intense effort be it in sprint position or climbing position. The key is to achieve a 90% - 100% work effort for the anaerobic circuit which will turn your body into a fat burning machine long after class is complete and will also improve your overall leg power.
