Bootcamp Kilkenny Bootcamp is a group fitness programme designed to improve all components of fitness. Classes are up to an hour long and are held outdoors (depending on the weather). The class consists of walking, running, endurance and strength training, agility training, flexibility, core work and fun games to get you in shape.
